3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when booking a shipment.

• Provide accurate sender and recipient information.
• Provide correct pickup and delivery addresses.
• Provide valid contact numbers where required.
• Properly pack shipments suitable for transportation.
• Accurately declare the contents and value of shipments.
• Ensure that shipments comply with applicable laws.
• Pay all applicable courier, delivery, and other service charges.

Fast Links Courier may not be responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not send items that are prohibited by applicable law, regulations, or Fast Links Courier policies.

Prohibited or restricted items may include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Explosives and hazardous materials
• Weapons or unauthorized ammunition
• Stolen or illegally obtained goods
• Counterfeit goods
• Flammable or dangerous substances
• Items prohibited under applicable laws or regulations
• Any shipment that presents an unreasonable safety or security risk

Fast Links Courier reserves the right to refuse, hold, inspect, or return a shipment if it reasonably believes the shipment contains prohibited or restricted goods.

5. Packaging and Shipment Condition

The sender is responsible for ensuring that the shipment is securely and appropriately packaged before handing it over to Fast Links Courier.

Fragile, sensitive, liquid, electronic, or otherwise special items may require suitable protective packaging and declaration.

FLC may decline responsibility for damage caused by inadequate, unsuitable, or defective packaging supplied by the sender.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided by Fast Links Courier are estimates unless a specific service commitment has been expressly agreed upon.

Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays, operational conditions, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, security restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a recipient is unavailable, FLC may attempt redelivery or follow its applicable return-to-sender procedures.

7. Shipment Tracking

Customers may use the shipment tracking facility where available to obtain updates about their consignments.

Tracking information is provided for operational convenience and may occasionally be delayed or subject to system updates.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD shipments, Fast Links Courier may collect the specified amount from the recipient on behalf of the sender or merchant.

COD amounts must be accurately declared at the time of booking. Applicable courier charges, COD fees, deductions, returns, and settlement procedures may apply.

COD settlement timelines may depend on successful delivery, reconciliation, banking processes, and other operational factors.

9. Charges and Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable charges for the services requested. Charges may vary according to shipment weight, dimensions, destination, service type, COD amount, fuel or operational costs, and other applicable factors.

Fast Links Courier reserves the right to update its service charges from time to time. Applicable charges will be communicated through the relevant booking, account, or service channel.

10. Returns and Undelivered Shipments

A shipment may be returned to the sender when delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or other operational circumstances.

Additional return or handling charges may apply according to the applicable service terms.

11. Loss, Damage, and Claims

Customers should report shipment-related issues to Fast Links Courier within the applicable claim period.

Any claim may require supporting information, including shipment details, proof of booking, photographs, invoices, or other relevant documentation.

Liability for loss or damage, where applicable, will be determined in accordance with the relevant service terms, declared shipment value, applicable laws, and available evidence.

12. Customer Information

Customers agree that Fast Links Courier may collect and process information necessary to provide courier and logistics services.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, tracking services, or other digital platforms.

Users must not knowingly submit false information, introduce harmful software, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

14. Intellectual Property

The Fast Links Courier name, logo, website content, graphics, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Fast Links Courier unless otherwise stated.

No part of our website or materials may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Links Courier will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, security incidents, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
